The future Leo comes back from the past. He tells Davenport and younger Leo that Chase, Bree, and Adam don't make it after the mission that Davenport sent them on. He sent them on a mission to stop a particle accelerator. So Davenport stops them, but they always fight and now have lost confidence in themselves. By now Billy's hair is cut
and finally Leo tells them why they couldn't go on the mission, but he wasn't supposed to. Later, they leave a note saying they know they will die but will still go on the mission. So they go to desperate measures to stop the particle accelerator, and they do. Leo arrives, and tells them to move or the ceiling will fall on them. They don't hear, so Leo pushes them out of the way but gets crushed instead. But... he lives! They get him out, and the future Leo returns to the future. They all live happily ever after
