Sounds like BSC Kids are as exited about the new Disney show as me

Disney XD is gearing up for the February 27th release of Lab Rats and we have the first promo stills from the show. The show is about a family moving to a new house, where Leo meets these super teens who are kept secret in the basement. However, they quickly latch on to Leo and his family; begging them to take them in as their own. Leo’s parents agree and they all attend school together. As you can likely guess, they have plenty of funny issues that go along with super-humans trying to be human. You will find photos of the stars, Billy Unger, Spencer Boldman, Kelli Berglund, Hal Sparks and Tyrel Jackson Williams down below.

I have to say that this show does sound cute. But I would think that regular Disney channel would be a better pick for it. It seems to be a good idea for Disney and I do think it has potential of being a hit. However, I do think it will appeal to a different group than most of Disney’s other series do. It sort of reminds me of an idea that Nickelodeon would have. So it is a nice change of pace for them, but I think we can all agree that we will be watching the ratings for the series.

Are you excited for the new series? I think that it does sound to be very interesting. I have no doubt that it could turn out to be alright if they play their cards right. However, I will say that I am curious as to how they will market it. I suppose we will have to wait and see, but I do think we all know that this is not your typical Disney show.

In “Crush, Chop, and Burn,” Leo discovers three teen super-humans Adam, Bree and Chase, living in a secret underground lab in his new home. Leo takes them to school, but when their bionic abilities suddenly discharge on campus, Leo’s stepdad Davenport sends them away to a remote secret lab and now Leo must find a way to save his new friends, on a special one-hour episode of “Lab Rats” premiering MONDAY, FEBRUARY 27 (8:30-9:30 p.m., ET/PT), on Disney XD.
